Transparent about costs
We think it's important that you know where you stand in advance. That's why we're clear about fees, reimbursements and how payment works. We're always happy to talk things through with you.
National fees
The fees for dental treatments are set every year by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa). These national fees apply to all dental practices in the Netherlands, including ours.
The exact cost of your treatment depends on what's needed. For more extensive treatments, we always draw up a treatment plan with a cost estimate beforehand, so you know what to expect.

The basic health insurance (basisverzekering) covers dental care for children under 18 (except orthodontics). For adults, it only covers specialist oral surgery and full removable dentures.
Supplementary insurance
For adults, supplementary dental insurance (aanvullende tandartsverzekering) is recommended. How much is reimbursed varies by insurer and by plan. Check your policy or contact your insurer to find out what you're covered for.
How does payment work?
Step 1
You receive treatment
After your treatment, we process the details and send them on to Infomedics.
Step 2
Infomedics checks your insurance
Infomedics automatically checks with your insurer whether, and how much, is reimbursed.
Step 3
You receive the invoice
Is there an amount left for you to pay yourself? Then you'll receive the invoice and a breakdown by email. You can pay by QR code or bank transfer.
We work with Infomedics
To make things as easy as possible for you, we work with Infomedics. They handle billing to health insurers (zorgverzekeraars) and patients on our behalf, so you don't have to arrange anything with your insurer yourself.
If you have questions for Infomedics about an invoice, or would like to request a payment plan, please contact them on +31 36 203 1900.
In short:

Keep your details up to date
For billing to run smoothly, it's important that the details we hold for you are correct. Let us know about any changes to your address, email address, phone number or health insurer, by email, by phone or in person at the practice. We'd also like to hear about any changes in your health or medication, so we can take them into account.
