In our patient portal, you can easily book, change or cancel an appointment yourself. You can see straight away which times are available.
How it works
In our patient portal, you can book, change, reschedule or cancel your appointments yourself.
Please note: our online booking system is only available in Dutch. The steps below will guide you through it.
Log in to the practice portal
Log in (Inloggen) with your email address and patient file number (dossiernummer).
Choose who the appointment is for
Yourself or a family member — this way you can book an individual or a family appointment.
Choose the type of appointment
For example, a check-up. For emergencies, please call the practice.
Select your practitioner
Choose who you'd like to see.
Choose a date and time
You'll see straight away which times are available.
Confirm your appointment
Check your details. You'll receive a confirmation by email.
Don't have your patient file number to hand?
On the login screen, click Dossiernummer opvragen (request file number) and enter your email address and date of birth. You'll receive the number by email straight away.

Available to book online: a check-up. Soon you'll also be able to book an intake appointment and a dental hygiene appointment online.
Can't see any available times? Try another practitioner or give us a call.
New patient?
Please register as a new patient first. Once registered, you can book an appointment straight away using the booking system above.
Good to know
Need to reschedule?
No problem! Change or cancel your appointment yourself in the patient portal, or give us a call — at least 24 hours in advance. We charge a fee for repeated no-shows.
First visit
Please bring valid ID (passport or ID card) and your health insurance card. We always start with an introductory consultation and a thorough check-up.
Nervous about the dentist?
Let us know when you book your appointment. We'll take extra time and adjust the treatment to your pace.
